Things to know... 

-2-Ride Tickets: All tickets are for individual riders only and cannot be shared with another rider. Once redemption begins this ticket is no longer refundable.

-Reservations Required: Reservations are required for the Alpine Coaster. It is recommended to book tickets at least 24-48 hours in advance. Once ticket redemption begins, tickets are no longer refundable. For faster check-in, please sign waivers before coming to the park.

- Hours:  Holiday: 10am-6pm seven days a week. Closed Thanksgiving Day. Christmas eve: 10am-3pm. Christmas Day: 11am-6pm. Winter Hours (Starting January 5th) 10am-6pm Thursday-Monday. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

- What to Expect: Here's What to Expect when reserving your tickets and visiting the park.

- Parking: Free parking is available for those with coaster reservations.

- Check-In: Guests may line up to check in up to 15 minutes prior, but no later than 60 minutes after, your reservation time. Upon receiving a wrist band at check in, guests will have 90 minutes to complete their coaster rides. Tickets not checked within 60 minutes may be voided and are non-refundable.

- Loose Items: No bags or loose items allowed on the Alpine Coaster (except medical devices)

- Filming On-Ride: All devices used for filming on-ride must be securely attached to your person via chest, head, or foot harness for either the driver or passenger of the sled. Wrist attachments, selfie sticks or bite sticks are strictly forbidden. Final determination on appropriateness of filming equipment is at the operator’s discretion.

- Weather: Yes, the Alpine Coaster can run in the rain or snow. Shields are put on the sleds and ponchos are available for sale. The coaster will not operate in a lightning storm.

- Coaster: 1 or 2 people on sled. Weight limit for sled is 375 lbs./330 lbs. in wet weather. Must be age 3 and 38" to ride. All 2 rider sleds must be driven by 16+ companion. Must be 54" to ride alone. Requirements.

- Mining Sluice: Fun for all! Purchase in advance and show your ticket at check-in to get the rough. Collect up to 15 real gemstones in your take-home treasure bag.

- Climbing Wall:  Climbers must be age 3 and 38”. Weight between 22-309 lbs. Requirements.

- Tickets: Every rider needs a ticket. 1 and 2 ride tickets are for a single guest and cannot be shared.  Adults are 13+; Youth 7-12; Child 3-6.

- Buy all tickets with one card. Digital tickets will be emailed to you and redeemed in the park. No need to print! After booking, all guests must sign a waiver.

- Reservation times are "check in" times, not ride times. If booking multiple attractions, try to select the same time. 

- Typical coaster time is 30 minutes per ride including wait times. May be longer on weekends and holidays.

- No entrance fee and free parking.
